What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused, and with tags. To start a return, use this form or reach out directly to email@example.com with your order number. You must first request a return. Please note, any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the return is accepted, we will send you instructions, as well as a return shipping label free of charge for all domestic orders.
What is your exchange policy?
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What is your shipping policy?
Free standard shipping on US orders over $100. Orders below $100, or international, rates will be based on weight and location. Packages are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of placing the order. If you place your order after noon PST on a Friday, it may not ship until Monday.
What if my item is damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is damaged, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the item.
